Shokati Architects was engaged to reimagine an existing commercial building that had been damaged by fire. Our role included complete redesign of the site, core, and shell to accommodate four new restaurant tenants.
 

The updated design introduces a modern façade with clean lines, vertical wood accents, and generous glazing to create an active and welcoming street presence. Outdoor seating and improved circulation enhance the tenant and customer experience, transforming a damaged property into a vibrant multi-restaurant destination.
