Shokati Architects served as both the design architect and executive architect for the remodel of a vacant commercial building into a new Vallarta Supermarket and retail center. The scope included core and shell redesign, façade improvements, and full site planning for the shopping center.

The updated design introduces a fresh, modern look while accommodating the functional needs of a supermarket and supporting tenants. Enhanced entries, new material finishes, and strategic site planning create a welcoming shopping experience and improve circulation throughout the property.
