Core and shell design for a new multi-tenant retail building anchored by a drive-through Starbucks at the end cap. Positioned at a prominent corner within an existing shopping center, the project transformed an underutilized, over-parked area into a value-add retail destination. The design maximizes visibility and accessibility while complementing the surrounding center, creating a high-performing space for both Starbucks and additional tenants.
